Subscriptions Overview

CarePortals’ built-in Subscriptions feature makes it easy to manage recurring product plans. Ideal for automating medication refills, subscriptions can be customized into phases, each with its own pricing, billing cycle, and requirements.

Subscription Information

You have two ways to access Subscriptions:

  1. From your EMR portal, navigate to Subscriptions.

  2. From a patient’s profile, head to the Subscriptions tab.

Once you open the Subscriptions list, you will have access to the following information:

Column

Description

ID

The unique identification number for the subscription. This will be automatically generated.

Customer

The name of the patient associated with the subscription.

Product Name

The name of the subscribed product.

Plan

The specific subscription plan.

Status

The current status of the subscription (e.g., Active, Paused, Canceled, Ended).

Created

The date the subscription was created.

Next Cycle

The date the next subscription cycle is scheduled to begin.

Current Cycle

The current cycle number of the subscription. You can click the pencil icon to edit this number.

Actions

Allows you to manage each subscription. From here, you can pause, cancel, or edit the renewal date of a subscription.

Searching and Sorting the Subscriptions List

You can find Subscription plans by sorting the list or using the available filters.

  • To sort, click any column header.

  • To filter, select any of the possible statuses: Active, Paused, Cancelled, or Ended.

To clear all active filters, click the refresh icon (🔄).
